• Rug cleaning and maintenance services
• Custom rug design and manufacturing
• Rug appraisal and authentication services

Orders and Payment

Order Process

All orders are subject to acceptance by Ocean Mediart. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods
• All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Custom Orders

For custom-designed rugs, a 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the balance due upon completion and before delivery.

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery Terms

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Free delivery within London for orders over £500
• International shipping available at additional cost
• Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery

Installation

Professional installation services are available. Installation fees are separate from product costs and will be quoted upon request.

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

• 30-day return policy for standard items in original condition
• Custom orders are non-returnable unless defective
• Returns must be in original packaging and condition
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Warranties and Guarantees

Product Warranty

We provide a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects for all our rugs. This warranty covers:

• Structural defects in weaving
• Color fading due to manufacturing issues
• Edge binding problems
• Foundation material defects

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper care or maintenance
• Accidental damage
• Exposure to excessive sunlight or moisture

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ocean Mediart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
